Gambling in Canada is regulated province by province under the Criminal Code. Each province runs or licenses its own online casino: Loto-Québec's platform in Quebec, PlayNow in British Columbia and Manitoba, PlayAlberta in Alberta, and a licensed private market in Ontario overseen by iGaming Ontario and the AGCO. ICE Casino belongs to none of these systems. It is an offshore site licensed in Curaçao.

The casino itself accepts Canadian residents: Canada does not appear among the more than 50 jurisdictions in section 4.4 of its terms. Whether a province treats play on an unlicensed offshore site as permitted is a separate matter, and the casino's terms put that check on you. Deposit Options

In the Curaçao Gaming Authority register of 9 October 2026 the licence shows “Assessment in progress”, meaning the renewal is under review, and the company is absent from the regulator's September enforcement register. The licence number is printed in section 2.1 of the Terms and Conditions rather than in the footer, and the terms are governed by Curaçao law. Country Restrictions

Canada is accepted, but the terms exclude more than 50 jurisdictions, including the United States, so cross-border play from the US side is not possible. The list also covers the UK, Australia, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Brazil, Japan and several Caribbean islands such as Curaçao and Aruba. The operator can amend it without notice, and accounts opened through a VPN can be closed with winnings voided. How to File a Complaint

If chat or email does not resolve the issue, submit the complaint form on the site or email complaints@icecasino.com with your name, username, registered email, a dated description and evidence such as screenshots. The policy (updated 28 July 2025) says responsible-gambling complaints are prioritized and resolved within 5 business days. Because the licence is from Curaçao, escalation goes to the Curaçao Gaming Authority, not to a Canadian body, and disputes fall under Curaçao law.
